Uplifting athletes and growing the fitness community.Using our strength to help others.
Core Belief
Athletes inspire us to move our bodies, to grow our strength and skills, to become more holistic by showing us what's possible. Their dedication to sport, wellness, and the continous push for greatness sets the bar for the rest of us.
Our mission is to get more people moving, by connecting them with the athletes that inspire them.
Perspective
Fitness is not a modern invention, and yet algorithms, industry myths & trends, and "transformations" have warped our perception of what it means to be fit.
We've seem to forgotten that a consistent focus on fundamentals, grounded in plans built by professionals, is what drives results.
We believe that by connecting people with experienced athletes, they can train with discipline, see better growth, and enjoy life in a strong body.
Founder Story
Jordan training for his century ride in Seattle, WA
Back in 2020, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, I went out for a routine run. Just a couple miles around the block to combat long days of sitting, working an "office job." I got no more than 1/4 mile, when my entire right leg seized up. I stumbled, unable to run or walk any further.
Shocked, I took myself to multiple doctors to find out what was wrong. My primary care said it was muscle strain. My orthopedic said everything was "structurally sound" but "something seems off."
I consulted 2 physical therapists, did 6 months of PT, to no avail. Going down stairs became a daily struggle, and my mental health suffered.
For awhile, I gave up entirely.
Then, I discovered Myodetox with a location in Vancouver, Canada. I drove 3 hours, crossed the border, and saw some of the worlds best therapists. It just so happened that this new PT had experienced something similar years before! (Not to mention, their experience working with professional athletes)
After 2 sessions of intense neurological treatment, I was back.
Reinvigorated, I set myself a new goal: cycle 100 miles in a day, a century ride. And 4 months later, with daily PT exercises, a new, professionally-built training plan, and lots of lifestyles changes - I accomplished my goal, finishing in just 8 hours.
More impactfully, my whole world-view around fitness shifted: having access to experienced professionals is game-changing.
Now, I'm building Deltos. Inspired by my own journey, I hope this platform helps more people on their own path to building a consistent, sustainable fitness practice.
And every day I run, cycle, lift, and live pain-free, I'm grateful.
Platform
Deltos builds on these ideas. Grounded in its philosophy, modern in its execution.
Founded in 2026 in California, Deltos is a fitness platform that connects body, mind, and spirit — driven by the athletes who inspire us all to train. Two goals: to share that experience with people on their own fitness journeys, and to lift up the athletes who make the practice worth following.
Athletes
People who train with Deltos transcend the fads that permeate mainstream wellness.
They ignore the “hype” fitness trends, the latest nutritional bullsh*t, the “30-day transformation” challenges.
They focus on the fundamentals. They understand that showing up is the practice. They train consistently, not obsessively. They don’t chase aesthetics, but rather build a practice that supports their life.
If you show up, you’re a Deltos athlete.
Mission
Our mission: to get more people moving, by connecting them with the athletes that inspire them.
Athletes provide the inspiration and training plans - Deltos provides the tools, tracking, and guidance to shape people's practice and build consistency.
